Description

You will oversee multi-state unclaimed property engagements including audit defense and voluntary disclosures, analyze client data, and develop deliverables for state submissions. You'll manage client relationships, train junior staff, and stay current on legislation to deliver effective solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years unclaimed property expertise, consulting experience preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven experience managing annual consulting engagements (audit defense, VDA)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• BA/BS in accounting, business, finance, engineering, or information systems

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-state unclaimed property matters (assessments, audit defense, VDA programs)
• Prepare clients for examinations and represent them in auditor discussions
• Analyze client data to identify risk and mitigation tactics
• Develop client deliverables and reports for state submissions
• Lead, train, and develop junior resources
