💼 About This Role

You'll drive modern product development practices across Everfield's SaaS portfolio in Poland and the Baltics, ensuring portfolio companies build features that clients actually use through rigorous discovery and AI-augmented spec-driven development. You'll coach teams and step in hands-on when needed, using AI tools extensively in your own work to help the organisation learn. This role blends strategic portfolio oversight with hands-on coaching and delivery.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support portfolio company leaders in sharpening product positioning and roadmap alignment.
• Institute discovery methods (JTBD, problem interviews, assumption testing) and create repeatable cadence.
• Deploy Spec-Driven Development using AI tools to generate prototypes and code scaffolds.
• Train product owners to run discovery, write specs with AI, and create interactive prototypes.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management within B2B SaaS.
• Deep experience with customer discovery and evidence-based product practices.
• Active daily use of AI/LLM tools in product work.
• Ability to coach non-technical domain experts to produce client-ready prototypes.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in HR Tech or HealthTech.
• Comfort with product analytics platforms (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4, Power BI).
• Proven ability to run data-informed product processes (A/B testing, north star metrics).
