You'll lead the data ecosystem at Germany's largest smart metering operator, shaping a scalable data platform for the energy transition. You'll drive dbt data models and ETL/ELT pipelines to support business growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead cross-team data initiatives and technical alignment.
• Design and scale dbt data models for business requirements.
• Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using modern data stack.
• Translate business needs into robust data models and insights.
• Mentor team members and drive sprint execution.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in Data Analytics, Science, or Engineering roles.
• Strong expertise in SQL and data modeling (dimensional, normalization).
• Hands-on dbt experience with multi-terabyte data assets.
• Experience designing and optimizing ETL/ELT pipelines.
