🎯 What You'll Do

• Sand, polish, seal, release, and maintain molds.
• Laminate parts including ply placement and bagging.
• Trim, bond assemblies, and perform bond line preparation.
• Document production activities in internal systems.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience as a technician in prepreg composites manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret layup books and work instructions.
• Proficient with common tools like calipers, scales, and torque wrenches.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in aerospace and/or motorsport.
• Experience with out-of-autoclave manufacturing.
• Flexibility to work extended hours/weekends.
