💼 About This Role

You'll drive revenue growth by closing complex deals with Fortune 500 enterprises, mapping their unique challenges to Rasa's generative conversational AI platform. Your core impact will be managing full-cycle sales and building territory plans for high-value accounts. As a remote-first leader, you'll collaborate with solutions engineers and customer success teams to win both technical and commercial buy-in.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Build and execute territory plans to target enterprise accounts
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles (6-12 months)
  • Bridge technical value with business outcomes for buyers
  • Forecast pipeline and consistently hit revenue targets

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in complex technical sales (AI/ML, DevOps, infra)
  • Proven track record of $1M+ ARR quotas and top 10% performance
  • Experience closing six-and-seven-figure deals ($100k-$1M+ ACV)
  • Code-literate or infrastructure-fluent to engage engineering directors

  • Deep familiarity with MEDDIC or Challenger sales methodologies
  • Self-starter with a hunter mindset for building pipeline
  • Experience in AI/ML or open-source platform sales
