You'll maintain and troubleshoot critical equipment in a cGMP biotech facility for cell therapy production. Your work ensures the clinical production team has everything needed to process life-saving bone marrow. This hands-on role offers training in Good Documentation Practices and sterilization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform scheduled maintenance and assurance inspections on equipment
• Assist with qualification of new equipment
• Test and calibrate components using manuals and troubleshooting techniques
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and calibrations of equipment

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Ability to solve technical and performance problems using various information sources
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Capability to operate with high organization and time management in a dynamic startup environment
