💼 About This Role

You'll join Deel's global team as a Sales Development Representative, driving inbound and outbound prospecting to generate leads for the enterprise segment. You'll collaborate with seasoned sales professionals to refine our sales playbook and tech stack, while educating prospects through calls and emails to set qualified meetings.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Generate sales leads through inbound and outbound prospecting.
  • Develop leads via phone calls, emails, events, and campaigns.
  • Map and penetrate accounts with email sequences and cold-calls.
  • Conduct follow-up calls and emails until meetings are set.

📋 Requirements

  • 2-3 years experience in sales development or outbound commercial role.
  • Proven track record of achieving quotas in a quota-carrying role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools.
