You'll join the Hot Topic team in Franklin, TN, providing an amazing shopping experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll share your fandom knowledge, stock products, and help merchandise the store to keep customers engaged. This role offers a chance to work in a fun, fast-paced retail environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages customer returns.
• Cover the sales floor zone and ensure assigned areas meet visual standards.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram changes including store map, wall, fixture, and merchandising mix.

📋 Requirements

• Previous experience working in a retail environment.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to merchandise product using approved store equipment.
• Ability to pack and unpack boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
