💼 About This Role

You'll own the technical execution of Heron Power's next-generation power conversion platform from architecture through launch. You'll drive coordination between power electronics, firmware, and systems teams, surfacing technical risks early and ensuring tight alignment. This high-visibility role lets you build a "no surprises" execution culture from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end technical execution of product launch milestones.
• Drive coordination between power electronics, firmware, and integration teams.
• Lead program planning across design, test, compliance, and manufacturing.
• Facilitate technical design reviews and DFMEA-driven risk management.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years leading multidisciplinary engineering programs.
• Strong foundation in power electronics systems and converter architectures.
• Experience with firmware/software teams and control loops.

✨ Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with inverters or rectifiers.
• Proficiency with PLECS, MATLAB/Simulink, or Jira.
• Familiarity with UL/IEC compliance or NPI processes.
