💼 About This Role

You'll spearhead delivery of new products to clients, from scoping to scalability across markets, collaborating with client and technical teams. You'll manage implementation plans and guide roadmap execution to ensure timely, quality solutions. This role is client-facing and cross-functional.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage client relationships and facilitate collaboration between teams
• Structure and track scoping phase during presales and inception
• Coordinate with technical program management for roadmap alignment
• Lead internal process and tool improvements

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of IT project management experience in SaaS B2B
• Advanced command of French (native speaker level)
• Business fluency in English
• PM certification (CAPM, PMP, or Prince2)
