You will manage the flow of outbound goods, coordinate with carriers, prepare shipping documentation, and ensure inventory accuracy. Your work directly supports the delivery of advanced robotic farming equipment, contributing to sustainable agriculture.

Requirements

• 3+ years in receiving, inventory, or production control in manufacturing
• Hands-on ERP experience (NetSuite preferred)
• Strong understanding of BOMs, work orders, and inventory transactions
• Highly organized, proactive, with strong ownership mindset
• Comfortable balancing warehouse work with system and process ownership

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pick-ups, deliveries, and negotiate freight rates with carriers
• Prepare bills of lading and ensure customs compliance
• Monitor outbound shipments and communicate status updates to customers
• Verify, pack, and inspect goods; participate in inventory audits
• Resolve issues with damaged goods, lost shipments, or inventory discrepancies
