Description

As an Operations Engineer on the Starlink team, you'll analyze and improve business processes to create efficient, economical solutions for enterprise and government customers. You'll lead cross-functional initiatives, coordinate testing with key customers, and drive continuous improvement across the Starlink product.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, or STEM
• 3+ years experience in operations, manufacturing, or consulting
• Experience driving cross-functional change within large organizations
• Experience with SQL, Excel, or similar data analysis software
• 2+ years leading projects requiring influencing without authority

Responsibilities

• Apply process improvement methodologies to improve customer self-service and scale processes across departments
• Identify challenges in customer experience, determine root cause, and develop immediate and long-term solutions
• Develop data analysis tools to analyze customer experience across the customer journey
• Coordinate with cross-departmental partners to synchronize efforts and create feedback loops
• Partner with design and engineering teams on new product rollouts, including beta testing and educational materials
