💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team in providing the best customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and ensure their success, and support daily operations and sales targets. As an assistant manager, you'll also open and close the store and lead the sales floor when needed.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer returns
• Cover the sales floor and provide leadership support when manager is pulled away
• Open and close the store as needed
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside pickup

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to navigate store and merchandise product using approved equipment
• Ability to pack and unpack boxes weighing up to 50 pounds
