You'll own the full product design lifecycle, from discovery to final delivery, shaping end-to-end product experiences in a design-driven blockchain environment. Your work will directly influence product direction, usability, and visual consistency across the ecosystem. This is a highly hands-on role where strong UX thinking and exceptional UI craftsmanship are equally critical.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end product design from research to final UI delivery
• Identify and validate user needs through research and iterative testing

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product design with UX/UI focus
• Ability to design end-to-end product experiences beyond visual design
• Experience building and scaling design systems in complex environments
• Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written)
