💼 About This Role

You'll provide ongoing client care as an unregulated member of an interprofessional team. You'll observe, monitor, and report changes in client status to nurses. This role supports frail seniors in a complex continuing care unit.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Observe and monitor client status and condition
• Report changes in physical and emotional status to nurses
• Deliver prescribed medications accurately per policy
• Maintain professional and ethical standards

📋 Requirements

• Graduation from Grade 12
• Graduation from an Alberta Government recognized Health Care Aide program
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English
• Active and current registration in the Alberta HCA Directory
