🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and engage passive senior-level engineering talent
• Build proactive talent pipelines across multiple disciplines
• Partner with Division Managers and leadership on hiring strategy
• Attend industry conferences and networking events

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of recruiting experience in engineering or A/E/C industry
• 8+ years in high-volume agency recruiting environment
• Proven success recruiting senior-level engineering and leadership talent
• Strong cold calling and direct sourcing experience

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills
