💼 About This Role

You'll provide primary support to the SVP in administering and enforcing player policies like the PES and SOA policies, litigate grievances under the CBA, and manage anti-doping investigations. This role is critical for ensuring policy integrity and league compliance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Administer and enforce the NFL-NFLPA CBA.
• Oversee and enforce the PES and SOA policies.
• Investigate violations and recommend accountability measures.
• Defend disciplinary decisions at appeal hearings.

📋 Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• 5-6 years of litigation experience at a top law firm or federal/state criminal practice
• Experience with workplace or sports league policies including anti-doping and drug screening
