Description

You will establish and manage the end-to-end product quality management system, ensuring company quality objectives are met and continuously improved. You'll lead quality team building, conduct audits, and handle quality issues with customers and suppliers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical, or Manufacturing
• 5+ years senior management in lithium battery industry
• Proficient in IATF-16949, ISO-14001, VDA6.3, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Excellent engineering background and logical thinking

• Set and monitor quality objectives and KPIs
