Description

You will evolve the Customer Success organization toward value-driven expansion, partnering with CS leaders and senior CSMs to strengthen commercial rigor, value storytelling, and consultative account leadership. Your work will drive renewals, expansion readiness, and complex customer conversations across Sales, Product, and Business Partners.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, Commercial Strategy, Sales, or hybrid CS/Sales in B2B SaaS
  • Proven experience leading or influencing renewals, expansions, pricing, or scope discussions
  • Strong commercial judgment with customer-first, consultative mindset
  • Experience coaching senior ICs and people managers on deal strategy and difficult conversations
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and moving from accommodation to clear recommendations
