🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, build, test, and ship high-impact SaaS features
• Drive architecture decisions from requirements to production
• Evaluate and standardize AI tools across the SDLC
• Mentor a team of 2–3 engineers through planning and delivery

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Proven ability to build and ship SaaS products end-to-end
• Strong system design and problem-solving skills
• Deep practical experience using AI/LLM tools in daily engineering work

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience integrating LLM-based features into production systems
• Background in developer productivity or platform engineering
• Familiarity with AI privacy, security, and compliance considerations
