💼 About This Role

You'll lead the day-to-day operations and P&L responsibility at a new state-of-the-art robotic homebuilding plant in Calgary. You'll oversee production, team management, and customer relationships while ramping up production for homebuilding partners. This role offers a chance to be instrumental in the deployment of Promise Robotics' FaaS product.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead all aspects of factory operations including production, maintenance, and logistics
• Hire, train, and supervise staff across departments
• Develop and manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery
• Monitor budgets and P&L to meet financial targets

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years in residential construction or manufacturing leadership
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or business
• P&L responsibility experience managing costs and driving efficiencies
• Production management and quality control knowledge

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in prefab construction
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Willingness to travel ~5%
