You'll build the core user-facing product experience at Tailwind, a company organizing the world's insurance information. Every pixel you create will directly impact thousands of insurance workflows each week. You'll work directly with the CTO, product managers, and designers to ship delightful software at a rapid pace.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the frontend experience for key product areas from design to production
• Build high-performance UIs in React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS
• Collaborate with backend engineers for seamless API integration
• Contribute to design systems and frontend best practices

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of frontend experience building production web apps
• Strong proficiency in React and modern JS/TS frameworks
• Eye for visual design, user interaction, and performance optimization
• Startup-ready: thrive in ambiguity and bias toward action
