Description

You will lead the electrical circuit design and development of complex boards for EV charging hardware, architecting solutions for motor control, power distribution, and specialized electronics. Your designs will move from lab to volume manufacturing and global deployment, pushing boundaries on feature richness while maintaining cost-efficiency and reliability.

Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on experience developing electronic products with high-volume production record
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline
• Strong electrical design intuition with understanding of board-level engineering trade-offs
• Proven experience implementing embedded processors, high-speed interfaces, and precision analog circuits
• Mastery of CAD, Schematic Capture, Simulation, and PCB Layout tools

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical circuit design of complex boards with high-performance processors, memory, networking, and analog sensors
• Architect solutions for motor control, board-level power distribution, and charging electronics
• Deliver designs balancing feature richness with cost-efficiency and reliability
• Drive board-level architectures from block diagrams to circuit designs
• Develop designs from discrete circuits to full systems, transitioning from lab to manufacturing
