Description

As Coinme's Chief Compliance Officer, you will lead global compliance operations, advise the CEO and Board on regulatory strategy, and build scalable frameworks for international expansion. You'll own the AML/BSA program, manage regulatory relationships, and ensure high standards of integrity across all business lines.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in U.S. and cross-border financial regulation and AML/BSA strategy
• Proven track record of expanding financial services operations internationally
• Experience leading compliance in multi-jurisdictional environments
• Tech-savvy and able to thrive in fast-paced, evolving regulatory environments
• Executive-level leadership experience as a CCO or senior compliance role

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise compliance and risk management strategy
• Advise CEO, Board, and Executive Team on regulatory risks
• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures
• Lead global AML/BSA Program, including transaction monitoring and SAR filing
• Manage state and federal regulatory exams and maintain regulator relationships
