Description

You will partner with Growth, Marketing, Product, and Data leaders to evaluate growth initiatives, measure performance, and inform strategic investment decisions. You will lead cohort-based analyses, develop financial models, and translate data into clear recommendations to drive sustainable growth at a mission-driven fintech company.

Requirements

• 8+ years in Strategic Finance, investment banking, private equity, consulting, or related field
• Exceptional financial modeling skills
• Experience with cohort data and ROI analysis
• Excellent communication and synthesis skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally with minimal guidance

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance, Marketing, and Product leadership to support growth strategy and define success metrics
• Lead cohort-based analyses and deep dives to identify performance trends and opportunities
• Evaluate risks and opportunities to the growth plan by understanding marketing and product roadmap
• Develop and maintain reporting to help leaders track progress vs expectations
• Improve forecasting processes, systems, and tooling for scalability and automation
