You'll lead the non-tech hiring function across Product, Analytics, and Operations at Zopa Bank. Your core impact is to improve the candidate and hiring manager experience through data-driven decisions and AI automation. This role stands out for its blend of hands-on team development and strategic influence up to the Executive Leadership Team.

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of Talent Partners.
  • Drive team delivery using pipeline, funnel, and output metrics.
  • Build independent relationships with senior leaders including ELT.
  • Own the non-tech hiring plan and proactively plan for growth.
  • Drive AI and automation agenda within TA.

  • Proven experience leading and developing a TA team with improved performance.
  • Direct experience hiring into Product or Analytics or managing a team that does.
  • Uses data as a management tool with specific metrics and outcomes.
  • Ability to operate independently with senior leaders including executives.
