You'll own the full client lifecycle from implementation to renewal, serving as a trusted advisor. This role offers ownership of a client portfolio in a collaborative startup environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive Ontic platform adoption and help clients achieve business objectives
• Manage client communication to ensure a streamlined experience
• Identify growth opportunities for additional platform functionality
• Forecast client renewals and ensure retention

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of enterprise SaaS Customer Success experience
• Ability to manage multiple clients with competing priorities
• Experience presenting to business executives
• Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Pendo, Domo, JIRA

• Corporate security or executive protection acumen
• Experience with ChurnZero
• Experience working in cross-functional teams
