You'll join the BU Pessoas team at Flash, an intelligent ecosystem for HR and finance solutions. You'll drive sales to small and medium businesses, negotiating and closing deals to expand our client base. This role offers remote work and the chance to impact how companies manage daily operations.

  • Present solutions in client meetings
  • Negotiate with small and mid-size companies to close new sales
  • Manage strategic client relationships to generate future opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver documentation for deal closure

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Experience in sales
  • Previous experience with outbound sales
  • Experience in SaaS B2B sales
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies (e.g., Spin Selling)
