๐Ÿ’ผ About This Role

You'll demonstrate how our products automate third-party patching for Microsoft Configuration Manager and Intune. You'll support customers throughout their lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing support, helping them meet security and compliance goals. This fully remote role lets you work with a global customer base.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Deliver product demonstrations, onboarding sessions, and environment reviews
  • Manage customer support cases across email, chat, phone, and community forums
  • Support customers in deploying and optimizing Patch My PC solutions
  • Lead an average of 3 to 4 customer-facing calls per day

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Configuration Manager or Intune
  • 3+ years in a technical support or customer-facing engineering role
  • Experience working with Windows in virtual environments such as Hyper-V
  • Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with PowerShell or C#
  • Familiarity with GitHub, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
  • Experience with WSUS and certificate management
