Description

You will lead a team building Aerospike's multi-cloud, multi-tenant offering. Guide frontend and backend engineers, drive the technical roadmap, and own the control plane architecture. Collaborate with product and design to deliver performant, reliable user experiences.

Requirements

• 5–10+ years building and shipping customer-facing applications
• 1–3+ years leading or managing engineers
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Go, OpenAPI, Temporal, React
• Experience delivering high-quality services in production
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and grow a team of frontend and backend engineers
• Drive execution against the platform technical roadmap
• Partner with product and design to translate business needs into technical plans
• Own the control plane architecture for performance, scalability, and reliability
• Establish strong engineering practices: testing, observability, CI/CD
