You'll lead veterinary nursing training for a Veterinary Emergency Group hospital in Hoboken. You'll shape team development and drive excellence in emergency care. This role combines clinical leadership with mentorship and operational oversight.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day nursing team flow and resources
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, hiring, and onboarding
• Address patient care issues and team dynamics with empathy
• Partner with hospital leadership to align on goals

📋 Requirements

• Credentialed Veterinary Technician (CVT, RVT, LVT, LVMT) in state
• 5+ years in clinical veterinary nursing role
• 2+ years of leadership experience
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

• A.S. or B.S. from AVMA-accredited veterinary technology program
• Emergency-specific experience
