💼 About This Role

You'll work closely with the Founder/CEO as one of the first Account Executives, managing the end-to-end sales cycle for Campfire's Agent+ product. You'll drive growth through automation and lead-generation tools to scale outreach.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Build and manage targeted lead lists aligned with ICP
  • Execute multi-channel outreach (emails, calls, LinkedIn engagement)
  • Manage full sales cycle from discovery to contract negotiations
  • Track and report on key sales metrics and optimize workflows

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years in a full-stack sales role (AE/SDR/BDR) in software
  • Experience selling mid-market finance software (ERP, spend management)
  • Proven success in building and maintaining a high-quality sales pipeline
  • Proficiency in CRM management and reporting (HubSpot)
