💼 About This Role

You'll lead the PaaS/IaaS infrastructure strategy at Fam, a fintech company building the next-generation payments app for young users in India. You'll drive automation, reliability, and operational excellence across cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes internals to enable scalable fintech services.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute PaaS/IaaS vision and architecture
• Lead infrastructure automation and CI/CD pipeline improvements
• Build and manage the DevOps/SRE team
• Ensure reliability and operational excellence metrics across engineering

📋 Requirements

• Strong coding skills in Python or Go
• Deep understanding of AWS cloud infrastructure and PaaS
• Strong Kubernetes internals knowledge—operators and CRDs
• Hands-on expertise in Infrastructure-as-Code (Pulumi or Terraform)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech or high-regulation infrastructure
• Knowledge of service mesh and zero-trust security
• Exposure to cloud cost governance and budgeting
