Description

You will act as the ultimate connector in key UK cities for Lightspeed's hospitality customers, planning events, creating content, and managing relationships to drive local growth and community engagement.

Requirements

• Hospitality experience and contacts
• Ability to film, edit, and write content solo using Canva, Apple Suite or Google Suite
• Comfortable working out of office in assigned cities
• Self-starter who can identify and run with opportunities
• Understanding of sales cycle and ability to track offline impact on online growth

Responsibilities

• Map out and enlist respected existing customers as local 'anchors' to host events attracting new prospects and influencers
• Forge relationships with external stakeholders: key prospects, influencers, and local entities
• Ideate, run, and measure high-vibe local gatherings at customer sites
• Capture raw customer stories via phone and collaborate with social team for content
• Keep field sales materials fresh with data and stories from cities
