• Review and process medical record requests for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate investigations of adverse events and near misses.
• Facilitate root cause analyses and structured review processes.
• Lead recurring risk management meetings with documentation and follow-up.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, risk management, or related field.
• Experience in healthcare risk management, patient safety, or quality improvement.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and incident investigation methodologies.
• Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

• Experience with PSO (Patient Safety Organization) compliance.
