You'll own the productionization of research pipelines for a mathematical reasoning engine at a cutting-edge AI company. You'll build scalable ML pipelines and refactor research code for reliable execution at scale. This role offers direct impact on RL research in an elite team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build end-to-end ML pipelines (ETL and automated evaluation).
• Identify and refactor inefficient research code.
• Establish best practices for versioning, experiment tracking, and CI/CD.
• Manage deployment and scaling of workloads on Kubernetes.

📋 Requirements

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Expert-level Python skills with disciplined software engineering.
• Experience building and managing end-to-end ML pipelines in production.

✨ Nice to Have

• Full-stack ML experience (data engineering to model debugging).
• Experience refactoring research-grade code into scalable packages.
• Experience with workflow orchestration tools (Kubeflow, Airflow, Metaflow).
