You'll lead Navan's global Solutions Consulting team, driving client value and revenue growth. You'll define strategy, build a high-performing team, and act as a bridge between clients and product. This elite role offers ownership of revenue impact and opportunity to scale a team of 25+.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive revenue growth through retention, launches, and professional services.
• Manage and scale a global team of 25+ solutions consultants.
• Partner with clients and account managers to optimize product configuration.
• Oversee end-to-end product implementations and custom integrations.

📋 Requirements

• 7-10 years at a Big Four consulting firm or in Solutions Consulting.
• 2-3 years leading a practice at scale in Fintech, ERP, or Payments.
• Deep accounting experience or financial technical fluency.
• Proven leadership hiring and managing high-performance teams.
