You'll drive adoption of the Databricks platform for startup and emerging enterprise customers in a hybrid technical and commercial role. You'll lead post-sale technical strategy and execution, ensuring customer success and maximizing return on investment. This role combines deep technical credibility with commercial acumen.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead the post-technical-win account strategy and execution plan.
• Serve as the accountable technical leader for customers across multiple use cases.
• Drive onboarding, enablement, go-live, and healthy consumption of workloads.
• Partner with Databricks Product and Engineering on new innovations.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical project/delivery in Data and AI.
• Programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala.
• Customer-facing experience in pre-sales, architecture, or consulting.
• Understanding of solution architecture for distributed data systems.

• Experience with technical program management and account accountability.
• Experience resolving escalations with senior customer executives.
• Conducting discovery workshops and creating strategic roadmaps.
