🎯 What You'll Do

• Gather requirements to inform tool design
• Develop reliable tool designs for tight timelines
• Work with internal and external manufacturing shops to procure tools
• Ensure tooling meets requirements and is commissioned

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's in engineering or 10+ years experience without degree
• 7+ years hands-on experience in composite part or tool design
• Proficient in CAD for 3D models and drawings
• Eligible to obtain and hold a security clearance

✨ Nice to Have

• Expert-level Siemens NX skills with surfacing and large assemblies
• Experience with Teamcenter PLM
• Hands-on experience with CNC machining, welding, or composite layup
