You'll deliver advanced technical support to enterprise customers on WordPress ecosystems and complex digital publishing platforms. You'll troubleshoot performance and scalability challenges and collaborate with engineering and customer success teams. This fully remote role offers deep technical ownership and career growth.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Deliver advanced technical support to enterprise customers via ticketing and calls.
  • Investigate and resolve escalated issues with WordPress apps, plugins, and APIs.
  • Perform in-depth debugging using logs, monitoring tools, and code analysis.
  • Contribute code fixes and maintain internal knowledge resources.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • WordPress hands-on experience with themes, plugins, hooks, and WP-CLI.
  • Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS debugging.
  • Experience in customer-facing technical support or consulting.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, HTTP, DNS, and Git.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with WooCommerce, Gutenberg, or reverse proxies.
  • Enterprise-level WordPress hosting environments experience.
