📋 Requirements

• 4+ years supporting hiring for Operations teams
• Experience in high-growth startups or fast-paced companies
• Full-stack recruiter able to manage end-to-end process
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to nurture passive talent

• Experience with Customer Experience, Trust & Safety, or Fraud hiring
