💼 About This Role

You'll join a 24x7x365 Operations team responsible for monitoring and supporting enterprise infrastructure. You'll troubleshoot and resolve incidents across Windows, Linux, and network systems while following ITIL processes. This role offers exposure to enterprise-level data center architecture and monitoring tools like Nagios and PRTG.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide first- and second-line operational support for infrastructure in a 24x7 environment
• Monitor infrastructure using Nagios, OMD, PRTG, and cloud-based platforms
• Perform Windows Server 2019 and Linux OS administration and troubleshooting
• Respond to incidents and escalations following SLAs and ITIL processes

📋 Requirements

• Good working knowledge of Windows Server 2019
• Good working knowledge of Linux OS administration
• Proven experience in an IT operations or technical support role
• Understanding of network fundamentals (BGP, OSPF, IP Multicast)

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of OpenVMS
• Experience with Nagios, OMD, or cloud-based monitoring
• Linux scripting (Shell, Python, or Perl)
