Description

You will be the frontline for clients using Ripple Treasury's SaaS treasury management platform, troubleshooting issues, managing requests, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver fast, thoughtful solutions that build trust and improve client experience.

Requirements

  • B2B technical support experience, ideally in SaaS
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with ability to read logs
  • Working knowledge of SQL and reporting tools
  • Familiarity with treasury, banking, or accounting concepts is a plus
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and being proactive

Responsibilities

  • Own issues end-to-end: troubleshoot, communicate, and drive fast resolutions
  • Manage and prioritize incoming requests to hit SLAs
  • Diagnose issues with payment formats, extracts, connectivity, and Alliance Lite 2
  • Work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Account Managers, Solutions, and Engineering
  • Spot patterns in client issues and turn them into actionable insights
