๐Ÿ’ผ About This Role

You'll lead ChowNow's post-sale revenue engine, owning renewal and retention for 16K+ restaurants. Your core impact is building a predictable retention and expansion strategy as the company launches new products. This is a transformational role with the chance to shape the Account Management function from scratch.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own gross and net revenue retention across the restaurant base.
  • Lead and develop a team of 2 managers and 9 ICs.
  • Build renewal motions for annual contracts and retention for monthly customers.
  • Design cross-sell and upsell plays for the product suite.
  • Maintain an account health framework to flag at-risk customers early.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 8+ years in Account Management or Customer Success.
  • 4+ years leading teams, with experience managing managers strongly preferred.
  • Proven ownership of NRR and GRR in a SaaS business.
  • Experience running renewal motions across annual and monthly contract types.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Restaurant industry or restaurant technology experience.
  • Expertise in Salesforce and a CS platform (Gainsight, Catalyst, ChurnZero).
  • Experience building account health scoring and save playbooks.
