You'll support the financial planning and analysis for the Mainframe business unit, focusing on cost tracking and variance analysis. Your insights will drive cost efficiency and profitability tracking. This role offers exposure to Workday Adaptive and BI tools.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collect and reconcile cost data from internal systems and external sources.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports for stakeholders.
• Assist in annual budget and periodic forecast preparation.
• Conduct ad-hoc cost analysis and scenario modeling.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in FP&A or cost analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Adaptive).

✨ Nice to Have

• Professional certification (CMA, CPA, CFA).
• Experience in IT, IT Infrastructure, or Cloud Services.
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
