Requirements

  • Proven track record in Customer Success and/or Sales
  • Desire to lead people and help them succeed
  • Excellent knowledge of digital marketing and paid social landscape
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commercial approach to enterprise account management

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a sub-team of Customer Success Managers/Associates
  • Own sub-team revenue, feature adoption, NPS, and expansion
  • Coordinate key new customer onboarding
  • Handle line management tasks (annual reviews, salary rounds)
  • Minimize churn and identify areas for improvement
