- Proven track record in Customer Success and/or Sales

- Excellent knowledge of digital marketing and paid social landscape

- Commercial approach to enterprise account management
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a sub-team of Customer Success Managers/Associates
- Own sub-team revenue, feature adoption, NPS, and expansion
- Coordinate key new customer onboarding
- Handle line management tasks (annual reviews, salary rounds)
- Minimize churn and identify areas for improvement
