💼 About This Role

You'll plan and execute equipment installations at medical waste treatment facilities across North America. You'll serve as the technical link between design, procurement, construction, and operations. This fully remote role includes up to 50% travel for site support and commissioning.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop installation plans and timelines for new facilities.
• Specify, source, and purchase process equipment.
• Interface with contractors to ensure installation quality.
• Lead commissioning, startup, and operator training.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in process equipment installation.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and utilities.
• Experience managing contractors during equipment installation.

• Experience in medical waste or regulated environments.
