💼 About This Role

You'll drive technical solutions for complex problems in Snowflake's AI Data Cloud, partnering with customers to optimize their use of the platform. You'll be the voice of the customer, influencing product improvements. This role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge cloud data technologies and collaborate with top engineering teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive technical solutions to complex customer problems via email, web, and phone
• Adhere to response and resolution SLAs and escalation processes
• Utilize Snowflake environment and third-party tools to investigate issues
• Document known solutions and report bugs/feature requests

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years experience in a Technical Support or customer-facing role
• Experience configuring/troubleshooting ODBC, JDBC, Python Connector or similar drivers
• Strong understanding of Amazon AWS services (S3, SQS, SNS, etc.)
• SQL proficiency including JOINS, CTEs, and Window Functions

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with table formats (Delta, Iceberg)
• Familiarity with ETL/ELT tools (e.g., AWS Glue, Matillion, Fivetran)
• Debugging/development experience in Python, Java, or Scala
