Description

As a member of the Client Technical Support L1 team, you will assist clients with inquiries about trading offerings and act as a liaison between internal teams and customers to ensure prompt resolution of technical issues. You'll provide technical and functional support for Interactive Brokers' platforms across desktop and mobile applications, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and manage problem resolution for wide-scale technical issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in a technical field
  • 1+ years in client-facing support role
  • 1+ years working with Windows, Mac, software, and connectivity support
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Portuguese
  • Experience with support ticketing systems

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and functional support for Interactive Brokers' platforms via phone, chats, and tickets
  • Troubleshoot desktop applications (Windows, macOS, Linux) and mobile apps (Android, iOS)
  • Support web-based offerings and connectivity issues
  • Manage and escalate wide-scale technical problems
  • Act as liaison between clients and internal teams for issue resolution
