💼 About This Role

You'll support Netomi's agentic AI platform as Corporate Counsel, handling commercial contracts, equity, and compliance. Your work directly enables global AI deployment for brands like Delta and MGM. This role offers direct exposure to executive leadership in a high-growth AI company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft and negotiate SaaS contracts, MSAs, and vendor agreements
• Advise on AI governance and data privacy compliance
• Manage cap table, equity plans, and 409A valuations
• Oversee entity management and international subsidiary governance

📋 Requirements

• J.D. from a top-tier law school and active bar membership
• 5-8 years of corporate legal experience at a tech company
• Strong experience in SaaS/tech commercial contracting
• Experience with cap table management and equity programs
